Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to bookings and use of https://www.hariscourt.in.

Booking requests

Submitting a booking on this website is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when our team contacts you and confirms it. Please keep your phone accessible and provide accurate contact details.

Check-in and check-out

Standard check-in is from 11:00 AM and check-out is by 10:00 AM, subject to the property. Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability.

Rates and payment

Rates shown on the website are indicative and may change with availability and season. Applicable taxes and fees are standardized on prevailing government notification (GST).

Cancellations and refunds

  • Free cancellation: Bookings cancelled 48 hours or more before the check-in date incur no cancellation charge.
  • Late cancellation: Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before check-in are charged one night’s room tariff.
  • No-show: If the guest does not arrive and has not cancelled, the first night’s tariff is charged and the remainder of the booking may be released.
  • Early departure: Guests who check out before their booked date may be charged for the remaining nights, subject to the hotel’s discretion.
  • Peak periods and events: Bookings during festivals, long weekends, public holidays, and banquet or event bookings may carry stricter cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
  • Refunds: Any refund due on an advance payment is processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of the cancellation being confirmed.
  • How to cancel: Please contact us by email at hariscourt@gmail.com or by phone, quoting your booking ID. A cancellation is effective only once we acknowledge it.

Guest responsibilities

Guests must carry a valid government photo ID at check-in and must follow the property’s house rules. We may refuse or end a stay for unlawful conduct or damage to the property.

Liability

We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings left unattended, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts at Gurugram.
